Darin enthalten ist eine neue Stellenkategorie ‚Lektor:in‘<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif'>„Ziel dieser neuen Personalkategorie ist es, verlässliche und dauerhafte Beschäftigungsperspektiven im akademischen Mittelbau zu schaffen und damit hoch qualifizierte Fachkräfte an den Berliner Hochschulen zu halten. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif'>Zusätzlich werden die neuen Stellenkategorien mit Entwicklungsperspektiven verbunden, um so strukturiertere Karriereentwicklung zuzulassen. Insgesamt werden die Möglichkeiten zur dauerhaften Beschäftigung für wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen erweitert und das Gesetz mit bundesgesetzlichen Regelungen synchronisiert. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif'>Hinsichtlich der neuen Stellenkategorien werden außerdem Folgeanpassungen an der Lehrverpflichtungsverordnung vorgenommen. This includes a new job category, “Lektor:in.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif'>“The aim of this new personnel category is to create reliable and permanent employment prospects in mid-level academic positions and thus retain highly qualified specialists at Berlin's universities.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif'>In addition, the new job categories are linked to development prospects in order to allow for more structured career development. Overall, the opportunities for permanent employment for research assistants are expanded and the law is synchronized with federal regulations.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif'>With regard to the new job categories, subsequent adjustments will also be made to the teaching obligation regulations.
